Spanning the swirling waters of the junction of three rivers in the heart of Launceston is the historic Kings Bridge. The bridge neatly frames the last few metres of the South Esk River which flows through Cataract Gorge then down over the last few boulders on the river bed into the Tamar River and out to the white-capped waters of Bass Strait.
